Overview
Polbin Volitans FPIK Unpad 2022 is a new student orientation event at the faculty level for the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Universitas Padjadjaran. I served as Head of Transportation, Logistics, and Catering Division, responsible for coordinating all logistical operations to ensure the smooth execution of the orientation program.
Main Responsibilities
- Led a divisional team to manage all operational logistics for a faculty-wide orientation, overseeing event-wide transportation and venue readiness while specifically handling catering for speakers and invited guests.
- Established clear communication channels across divisions to align on logistical needs, ensuring all teams operated from a unified and consistent set of plans
- Developed and maintained a detailed logistics plan, tracking multiple variables such as participant schedules, resource allocation, and vendor timelines to anticipate needs and mitigate potential risks.
