Digistar Class Intern

Overview

Digistar Class Intern: Fresh Graduate Batch 1 is an internship program organized by Telkom Indonesia for recent bachelor's degree graduates. Selected as a Business Analyst among 5,800+ total applicants. During this internship, I gained comprehensive experience in the telecommunications industry business operations, developed essential soft skills through classes (design thinking, communication, etc.), and enhanced technical capabilities through hard skill classes (artificial intelligence).

Main Responsibilities:

• Developed and deployed a full-stack web map application that integrated with a cloud-based SQL database and a Python (Flask) backend to serve an interactive HTML-based user interface, significantly improving the team's efficiency in monitoring data through one web interface.
• Conducted regular reconciliation and performance for services leased from 5+ partners, validating partner provided documents and monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure service quality and contractual accuracy.
• Reviewed business processes for Telkom products and assessed the performance of leased services, identifying gaps and delivering recommendations to improve efficiency, cost, and SLA compliance.

Impact

• Gained comprehensive knowledge in telecommunications business operations and industry practices.
• Developed understanding of AI and automation technologies, including RAG-based chatbot implementation.
• Enhanced data processing and analysis skills through hands-on experience with real-world datasets.
